Community Giving Tree Announces new Executive Director, Crissy Lippman
Community Giving Tree is pleased to announce the appointment of Crissy Lippman as its new Executive Director. With an extensive background in employed benefits management for small businesses in the Merrimack Valley spanning 18 years, Lippman brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community service to her new role.
Lippman's decision to transition from her career in employee benefits management to nonprofit leadership stems from her desire to make a more significant impact on her community. "While I’ve always been a committed community volunteer, I found myself saying yes to more and more volunteer opportunities, each time feeling invigorated and with a renewed sense of purpose," said Lippman. "I have spent many years volunteering my time at local organizations such as Neighbors in Need, Groundwork Lawrence, and several committees and boards in the North Andover Public Schools as well as the Merrimack Valley Striders. All of those roles have brought me great joy and led me to seek out a more permanent role in a similar organization."
In her new capacity as Executive Director of Community Giving Tree, Lippman will leverage her passion for community service and her leadership skills to further the organization's mission of supporting families in need throughout the Merrimack Valley. With her proven track record of volunteerism and dedication to making a positive difference, Lippman is poised to lead Community Giving Tree to new heights of impact and effectiveness. "We are thrilled to welcome Crissy Lippman as our new Executive Director," said Kathy Raiz, Chair of the Board of Directors at Community Giving Tree. "Her commitment to service, coupled with her leadership experience, makes her the ideal candidate to lead our organization into its next chapter. We look forward to working alongside Crissy as we continue to serve and support our community."
