VolunTEEN Coordinator (Part-Time)
Help Inspire the Next Generation of Volunteers
We’re looking for an enthusiastic VolunTEEN Coordinator to help lead and grow our teen volunteer program. In this role, you’ll recruit, train, and support teen volunteers ages 13+ while helping them build leadership skills and make a meaningful impact in the community.

📍 Part-Time | Approximately 14 Hours Per Week
What You'll Do
Recruit and engage teen volunteers
Plan and coordinate youth volunteer programs and projects
Train, supervise, and schedule volunteers
Communicate with volunteers through newsletters and updates
Build relationships with local schools and youth organizations
Track volunteer hours and maintain program records
Support community programs and fundraising efforts
What We're Looking For
Experience working with youth in a community or educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organization and time management skills
Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Google Drive
Valid driver’s license required
Spanish language skills are a plus
Schedule
Approximately 14 hours per week
Two weekday afternoons: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Weekly staff meeting: Thursdays 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Some remote work flexibility
Additional hours may occasionally be available for events or special programs.
